We offer 3 days for notification of exchange or return from the date of delivery and a further 5-6 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging, with all original tags and intact

Refunds are issued as Gift Card after QC (quality check) is complete at our warehouse.

Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

A reverse shipping charge of Rs. 150 would be deducted from your credit coupon in case of returns and exchanges both.
