Exchange and return policy

At MISS BRIGHT , we strive to offer you a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. To ensure fairness and sustainability, we have outlined clear guidelines for exchanges and returns below. Please read them carefully:

  • We offer 3 days for notification of exchange or return from the date of delivery and a further 5-6 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging, with all original tags and intact

  • Refunds are issued as Gift Card after QC (quality check) is complete at our warehouse.

  • Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

  • A forward shipping charge of Rs. 99 would be deducted from your credit coupon in case of returns.
